Tentative Menu for Cafe Parizade
Our Cafe Parizade menu, subject to change, is expected to include the following dishes:

- Fall lettuces with truffle mustard dressing and capers (SF, GF)
- Breads, crustinis, and pita with walnut and red lentil hummuses, baba ganouj, and raw pumpkin-sunflower pâté
- Quinoa salad with grilled baby artichoke hearts, olives, shallots, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, and garlic (SF, GF)
- Mixed mushroom-Napa Valley Cabbage with Greek olive oil, lemon, and garlic (SF, GF, raw dish)
- Marinated olives, spiced pecans, roasted chestnuts (SF, GF)
- Herbed butter beans (SF, GF)
- Roasted mushrooms (SF, GF)
- Sweet and savory pumpkin leek velouté (thickened soup) (SF, GF)
- Seasonal celebration of corn with corn-off-the-cob and hominy chili over polenta (SF, GF)
- Lime-marinated seared jerk seitan with lemon sage, peppercorns and fig glaze (SF)
- Dilip's macadamia nut blackened Cajun tempeh (SF, GF)
- Roasted garlic olive oil mashed potatoes with chives, mushroom gravy, apple-pecan stuffing, and fresh raspberry-cranberry relish
- Fall vegetable paella of three rices with chestnut and grilled seitan
- Citrus braised kale and turnip greens (SF, GF)
- Roasted fall vegetables with pomegranate molasses (SF, GF)
- Braised sweet potatoes with leeks and vegan maple "butter" chutney (GF)
- Black beans with ginger and red bell pepper (SF, GF, NAF)
- Organic Conchiglie pasta with vegan Bolognese sauce (Merlot wine, sauteed peppers and onions, olive chunks, sliced garlic, and oregano) (SF)

- Cider, cranberry juice, herbal tea, and shade-grown coffee
All dishes will be fully vegan with no animal, egg or dairy products. No honey or white sugar will be used (the only sugars used are evaporated cane, turbinado, and/or brown rice syrup).
