Once in a Blue Moon is noteworthy because it is one of the rare all-vegetarian restaurants in this area. It's a cute place...it's mostly a bakery. But the small cafe had adequate lunch selections. The menu largely consists of various types of vegetarian burgers, and even includes a veggie hotdog selection. Salads are also available. The owner donated a delicious vegan chocolate cake to our group...she was apologetic for the somewhat slow service (but she said she's not used to serving a large group). The only complaints from the group were that the portions were a little small, and that some of the potato chips served with lunch orders contained olestra (however you can choose chips that do not contain olestra).
